At Ashley Stewart, we want you to love your curves and your purchase, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
